The moon and sol team
Moon & Sol Wellness is a growing collective space in Middletown, Rhode Island, created for care, healing, and personal expression. Currently, services are offered by Lexi through massage therapy, polarity therapy, and reiki, with the intention of expanding into a collaborative space for independent practitioners.
Created to feel grounded, welcoming, and intentional, Moon & Sol offers care that supports the body, mind, and sense of self. As the collective grows, the vision is to bring together practitioners offering services such as integrative counseling, beauty services, acupuncture, holistic care, and other supportive offerings - all within one connected space.

Since becoming a Holistic LMT in 2023, Lexi has learned through trainings, hand on experience, and client conversations that pain and tension can come from many places. Injury, lifestyle, stress, burnout, grief, nervous system overload, and life experiences can all shape how the body feels and responds.
Lexi's goal is to work with your body, rather than force change. Her sessions are intuitive, thoughtful, and client centered. Blending therapeutic techniques, nervous system support and when appropriate, deep tissue techniques.

Before becoming an LMT, Lexi worked in the mental health field, where she saw how deeply people needed support beyond traditional care. Moon and Sol Wellness is a growing collective and I am looking for professionals who would like to join. I have a room available within the studio in Middletown, Rhode Island. Types of professionals I am looking for include, but not limited to, are LMHCs, acupuncturists, nutritionists, estheticians, hypnotherapists or any other holistic practitioner.
